Materials
Frieze: 80% wool, 20% nylon.
Our high-quality frieze is woven in Italy, and we’ve been using it to make hats for more than 40 years. Frieze is dense, extremely durable and warm. It will protect you from breezes, gales and sleet. Nylon makes the fabric stronger, preventing wear and tear.
Quilted lining: 100% polyester. Made in Vaasa, Finland. The lining has a warm layer that mimics cotton wool. It offers protection from the wind and also helps the hat to maintain its shape.
Fabric used in the visor’s lining is made in Finland.
Care guide
The wool fabric repels dirt naturally and you can usually refresh it by airing or by gently wiping it with a damp cloth. Store in a roomy place to avoid squashing.
