Tella Ltd sells products to companies and individuals. The terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.
Product prices include VAT. When ordering outside the EU, product prices are updated to VAT exclusive in the shopping cart and at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, shipping costs and other delivery terms. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms of delivery each time you order products from our online store.
Products are ordered online by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart via the online payment service. All customer information will be treated confidentially. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the contact information requested in connection with an order is not used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or for clarification of any doubt. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and be bound by the applicable terms and conditions.

You can speed up customer service by registering at our online store. You can also order without registering. Once you have accepted the order and we have confirmed it, a binding agreement is entered into between you, the subscriber, and Tella Ltd.
Payment and Payment Methods
Payment services include Checkout Finland and PayPal online payment. By clicking the Buy button, you agree to the Tella Ltd Online Store Terms and Conditions.
Checkout Finland is part of OP Financial Group. Payment options through the service include domestic bank buttons, card payments, mobile wallets and flexible invoicing and installment methods. By providing information at checkout, you agree to Checkout Finland’s payment terms.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation immediately, showing your order details. Always check the contents of your order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.
We will pack and ship the product as soon as we receive your order. If the product is not in stock, we will notify you by email.
If you place an order before 3pm on a business day, we will try to ship your order from our warehouse within the same day.
If you placed your order after 3pm, on the weekend or on a Sunday, we will usually ship your order the next business day.
Shipping methods and shipping costs
We deliver your order using the shipping method you choose when ordering your product from an online store. Shipping costs include postage and packaging. Shipping costs are affected by both the product ordered and the shipping method selected. Shipping costs are automatically added to your order total.
You will see the exact shipping costs in your Shopping Cart after selecting the payment and shipping method you want for your order and before you accept the order.
Please note that when ordering outside the EU, any customs duties and taxes will be excluded and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Our most common delivery times in Finland are 1-4 days depending on the order and delivery method and 2-7 days abroad.
Exceptions to the delivery time estimates are provided if the shopping cart contains out of stock items and we will also notify you of any delays immediately after ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damage caused by delays. The online shop has information about different delivery times on its website.
Exchange and Returns & Cancellation Policy
You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel an order or part of it within 14 days of receiving it. The right of cancellation applies only to unused, unwashed, and therefore marketable products in their original condition.
If the returned product has been used in contravention of the customer’s due diligence obligation, the company is entitled to charge the depreciation up to the full price of the product, including return costs.
The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and in its original packaging. The notice of cancellation must be clearly stated, for example, on our cancellation form to our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or with the written notice you provided with the item being returned. Please attach a copy of the cancellation notice when returning your product.
Please note that the consumer will bear the cost of returning the product. When returning an order, include your name, contact information, order number, and reason for the return.
Similarly, we will refund the money you paid for your order promptly through the payment service we use in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Failure to redeem is not the same as a return or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages not subject to a separate cancellation notice, we will charge shipping charges.
Problems with the delivery
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify the parties named in the terms of exchange and return within a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability
Tella Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or accidental damages of any kind whatsoever in connection with any order, delivery or product, except as otherwise provided by a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law.
We strive to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service Center first to resolve the matter. If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/index.html).
