KEISARI FIDDLER CAP – RED LINEN

89,00  sis.alv./inc.VAT.

If there is one moment that perfectly captivates the essence of this wine-coloured Keisari, it would be the ambient twilight of mid-August: a descending night where Nordic harvest festivals take place, heady and sweet with glimmering lanterns and the scent of ripe summer fruits.

The Keisari (Finnish for “emperor”) is without a doubt our most legendary cap of all time. It was one of the first models to be manufactured at Tellan Lakkitehdas (later to become Tella) in 1935. According to Antero Saksa, Keisari was designed after the cap worn by the emperor of Austria-Hungary. Tella’s design is, however, not as high as the emperor’s original cap. In the past, we have also produced a model of Keisari that came with a glossy visor.
